Our flagship game - Match Masters, an innovative multiplayer match 3 puzzle, is played by millions of players and we’re focused on making it even better with more players joining each day.
We are looking for an Office Admin to provide the best possible employee experience at our Tel Aviv office.
As the office manager you will act as the first point of contact for HR and Admin-related queries from employees and external partners. You will be providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities as well as personal assistance tasks.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
- Perform a variety of office and employees-related administrative tasks
- Organize team buildings and Happy Hours
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide personal assistance tasks to key members of the team
- Proven work experience as an HR or Office Admin, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong online and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
